Renew your PASS
Renewal is available for both the Plastic Card and the digital PASS (QR code in the Museums-PASS-Musées app). The system automatically recognizes the format of your PASS based on the PASS number.
You can renew your PASS up to three months before its expiration date.
Take advantage of the 13th month!
Did you know? If you renew your PASS within the three months before its expiration date, we will give you an additional 30 days of validity free of charge.

Yes, this is possible. Simply enter the PASS number of the person whose PASS you would like to renew.
If you would like to renew several PASSES, first add the renewal for the first PASS to your shopping cart. Remain on the order page and repeat the same process for the second PASS.
You can also purchase new PASSES and renew existing PASSES within the same order.
